Lab Introduction
Intelligent Systems Software Laboratory (ISS) was established in 2008 at the National Central University. The mission of ISS is to provide effective solutions to fundamental and critical financial and industrial application issues in the current cloud-based computing systems.
Research & Projects
The mission of ISS is including fault-tolerant cloud computing (such as fault-tolerant virtual machines), cloud security (such as mobile user authentication), and big data analysis and prediction (such as applications for financial distress predictions). In the past three years, Professor Liang executed several projects for Ministry of Science and Technology and projects for industry-university collaboration. The total amount is about NT43,000,000.
Results
In the past five years, Professor Liang has published 8 papers, made 11 patents application, and there are 6 patents has permitted. On the other hand, Professor Liang advises students on the dissertation writing and participation in the competition, which was 7 times nominated and won the prize.
Members
The ISS team members include postdoctoral research fellow, doctoral students, master's students, undergraduate students, and administrative assistant.
